French newspaper see rising circulation

No decreasing newspaper circulation in France. Thanks to free papers, there are 12% more newspapers distributed now than 15 year ago.

Paid circulation dropped with 20% from 8.8 million in 1995 to 7 million in 2011. Free circulation increased almost every year since 2002 – it is now 2.7 million.
