Israel Today wants own printing house

Israeli newspaper Ma’ariv is in deep financial troubles according to Israeli business website Globes. Apart from sacking an important part of the staff, the paper also wants to sell its printing house.

Possible buyer is Sheldon Adelson’s free daily Israel Today, currently being printed at Ma’ariv’s competitor Hareetz. It would be a financial blow for Hareetz if it losses the printing contract.
