20 Minutes & Metro 1 & 2 in France
Free dailies 20 Minutes and Metro are – again – the best-read papers in France in 2009/2010 according to the last Audipresse Epiq research.
20 Minutes showed a stable circulation (2.7 million) while Metro lost some readers compared to 2008/2009 (from 2.5 to 2.4 million).
Paid papers L’Equipe (2.3 million), Le Parisien/Aujourd’hui (2.2 million) and Le Monde (1.9 million) are third, fourth and fifth in France.
The Ville-Plus papers increased readership from 1.6 million (2008/2009) to 1,750,000 in the most recent research. Free daily Direct Soir lost readers and has 1 million readers now. (click on picture for better view.)
