Eatable newspaper

Today I am at a symposium “Nieuwsbeleving” (experiencing news) organized by the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

Students are presenting all kinds of new news products: web papers, newspapers for senior citizens, geo-targeted news websites, free products… and an eatable newspaper.
