Paid/free newspaper strategies

Today I will give a presentation in Athens at the New Media & Information conference about the rise of paid/free newspaper strategies.

More than half of the circulation of free dailies is in fact already controlled by publishers of paid newspapers. With both free and paid papers they aim to target the total market, including the hard-to-reach younger readers.
