Point24 goes bilingual

Luxembourg free daily Point24 will start tomorrow with bilingual publication of the newspaper. The paper will be in French (like it was since the launch in 2007) and in German (the majority language in the country).

The first 13 pages will be in French with the traditional logo in magenta. If you turn the paper over you can read the 5-page German version – with the .24 logo in blue (see picture from Luxemburger Wort). In between is the 2-page TV-program. The German part will be made by a separate editoral team.

Point24 is published by the ’saint paul’ publishing house, also owner of leading German language paper Luxemburger Wort, French language daily La Voix du Luxembourg, radio stations and magazines.

Tomorrow we will have the pdf of the paper on newspaperinnovation.
