Schibsted buys all shares in 15min

Lithuanian paid morning paper Lietuvos Rytas, sold its share of 34% in the Lithuanian free daily 15min to majority shareholder Schibsted. (Verslo Zinios)

The Norwegians bought their share in the company in 2006.

15min was launched in 2005 and is published in three editions for Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda with a total circulation of more than 100,000.

Schibsted closed their paid tabloid L.T. in Lithuania earlier this year. The publisher also owns several magazines in Lithuania.
