A long profile on Jewish USA casino billionaire Sheldon Adelson in The New Yorker concentrated mostly on his business operations and his political links.
One of these links (=money) is to Israel and right wing Likud party of Benjamin Netanyahu.
The ideas of the party are supposed to be supported by free daily Israel HaYom (Israel Today).
The magazine reported that Adelson invested no less than €180m in the paper. (Muckety)
