24 heures for Quebec City?

According to French press agency AFP (through Voila.fr) Canadian publisher Quebecor is planning to launch an edition of their free paper 24 heures in Quebec City.

The move is said to be inspired by the already 15-month old free daily MediaMatin Quebec, published by the locked out workers of Quebecor’s daily Journal de Quebec (see previous post I & II).

In order to put more pressure on the workers, 24 heures, published in French in Montreal, would expand to Quebec soon. (through Editors Weblog)
