Newspaper Innovation

The last paper added to the already crowded Seoul free newspaper market was closed down after a few months. The economic daily IlIlKyungJe was launched in July 2007 but closed down after three months. There are now ‘only’ seven free dailies left in Seoul. Circulation of IlIlKyungJe was around 100,000.
