Dutch daily DAG into narrowcasting

onlogo24.jpgFree Dutch daily DAG, owned by PCM publishers and telecom company KPN, will launch a narrowcast channel that can be viewed in 1200 café’s in the Netherlands. DAG will provide content for the screens that can reach by 750,000 people between 18 and 35 years old every week.

Partner of DAG is leading Dutch narrowcaster ON, already operating nine different channels in the Netherlands. ON is owned by KPN and brewery Heineken.

DAG also operates a mobile internet platform that has 140,000 page views a day according to the paper. The paper recently increased circulation to 415,000.
