RedEye increases circulation
Chicago free daily RedEye celebrated its fifth birthday by increasing circulation from 150,000 tot 200,000. The paper was launched 29 October 2002 by the Chicago Tribune with a circulation of around 80,000; in 2005 it moved to 105,000 and in 2006 to 150,000. RedEye claims a weekly readership of 700,000.
Redeye will be available in all Metra stations and also in new locations in Chicago. Earlier this year the paper launched a home delivered Saturday edition. (Publicitas newsletter)
