Italian free dailies €72m ad revenue in 2007 so far
Italian free dailies Leggo, Metro, City, E Polis and 24 Minuti collected €71,7m ad revenue in the first eight months of 2007. In general Italian ad expenditures increased with almost 8 percent compared to August 2006. Total print advertising – newspaper and magazines – increased but with less than average. Internet advertising expenditures increased with 43 percent. (Reuters Italy)
