Paris kioks protection plan
The Paris city council wants a code for free paper distributors so they won’t distribute free dailies within a certain zone around the traditional Paris newsstands. It it feared that the free dailies distribution would hurt the sales of kiosk too much. Without kiosks Paris would not be Paris.
